When I engaged Anthony as a coach I had recently been made redundant from a position I thought I would be in for many more years – how life changes at short notice!  I had never considered coaching in the past, however after seeing the results another client of his achieved; results I wanted to achieve in my life as well, I decided to at least have a complimentary session.  I was at a point where I knew things had to change, but I was unsure of what and how.  I was employed in senior management in the Not for Profit sector prior to my coaching. Things were about to get exciting for me. 

I really appreciated that throughout my coaching Anthony kept me accountable.  I had a habit of putting things off, re-arranging when things got too hard.  Anthony gently but firmly confronted these habits and gave me the space and opportunity to make changes in those areas.  Prior to undertaking the Dare to be Your Best  program I had not spent one moment in my life exploring exactly what my values were – determining for myself what it was that made me tick, and what motivated me.  Anthony’s questioning and reflections, as well as his suggestions for areas to look at, helped me to make the most of my coaching with him.

So what has changed for me? 

Being really clear about my personal value system I am now able to ensure that my decisions and choices reflect these and have become far more engaged with the tasks and projects I give myself.   I have a set of goals for the next year, 3 years, 5 years and 10 years that I did not have prior to working with Anthony.  I have started my own business, Growth Strategies Group,  undertaken a course of further study to move me forward in the direction I am taking with my career. I have also started work on two books – a short  eBook for my business as well as a memoire of my life journey through abuse, depression, addiction and out the other side.

Anthony helped me to concretise my thoughts and dreams so that I could develop action plans that has enabled me to take control and have direction in life.

I can’t recommend Anthony and his program enough; the old adage is so true – When the Student is Ready, The Teacher Appears.  Thank you Anthony for literally helping me to change my life and that of my family.
